CANCELLATION POLICY

A 50% cancellation charge is made on all appointments that are missed or cancelled within 24 hours.

It is unfortunate, but where appointments are missed or cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, there is a cancellation charge of 50%.  Although I regularly have ladies waiting for cancellations, as you can understand, it is difficult to re-book an appointment at short notice.

It is very much hoped that ladies are not offended by the cancellation charge but unfortunately it must apply to every missed appointment.
